Details: Specializing in compliance-related services for contractors, this consulting company needed a branded sell sheet for an upcoming trade show. We could’ve taken the safe approach with the headline and used it to show how reliable and capable the company is. But safe doesn’t cut it when you’re trying to stand out from the pack! So we got to work exploring several different angles and ultimately chose a humorous approach. On the surface, the headline pokes fun at the idea of enjoying compliance matters, something that most people steer clear of. But in reality, it positions the company as the expert without actually saying so. After all, who wouldn’t want to work with someone who’s passionate about compliance as opposed to someone who merely tolerates it as a profession? The rest of the copy highlights the company’s niche of working with contractors and provides more information on their custom HR and compliance solutions. But it’s the headline that carries the weight of the piece and proves that your content is worth the read.
